Old Town ScrapFest

ScrapFest is a one-of-a-kind festival that celebrates art, creativity, and resource reuse. Artisan teams worked for weeks making scrap metal from Friedland Industries into art. At the event, their work is celebrated and auctioned. This festival takes place July 15 & 16 in Old Town Lansing, with live music, artist booths featuring recycled, upcycled, scrap based and other art, educational activities, and a beer tent.

2019 Gardening and DIY Fest

The Gardening & DIY Fest is a celebration of gardening, nature, and getting hands-on and active! Shop local at our artisan market for handmade clothes, jewelry, bath products, fibers, and art. And buy flowers and plants. Talk to representatives from local organizations like Recycle Ann Arbor, Project Grow, Natural Area Preservation, and more. Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea will be selling refreshments, too.
